The City of Geneva recommended us to a builder who needed to line a sewer pipe located under Rt. 25 in Geneva, Illinois. The 100 year old home sitting on the property was being torn down and a new home was being constructed in its place.
The builder was almost forced to dig up Rt. 25 to replace the old sewer pipe made of clay tile. This process would have required an IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation) permit because Rt. 25 is a state highway and it would have to be closed to traffic while the work was being done. Needless to say, this would’ve added considerable time and expense to the project.
Enter, American Trenchless Technologies. Our professional trenchless sewer repair team was able to clean and line the old, cracked, debris-laden pipe using our Perma-Liner pipe lining system. We eliminated the need to tear up Rte. 25 by accessing points on either side and feeding the lining underneath the highway. Several months and thousands of real dollars were saved by use of this innovative Perma-Liner technology.
American Trenchless Technologies is proud to be a platinum, certified, Perma-Liner installer for all of Northern Illinois.
The before and after video below can give you a real sense how amazing this system is. We can repair 99.9% of sewer lines using trenchless pipelining and we rarely run into situations where it isn’t the absolute best possible solution.
