Chicago High Rise Building Sewer Line Repair

This building in Chicago was in serious trouble. The main combined sanitary/storm pipe leading out of the building was broken just outside the building leading out to the street.
The building owner hired a plumbing contractor to dig it up and replace it. Unfortunately the plumber was unsuccessful. When they opened up the road they found all sorts of other utilities installed directly over the top of this existing main sewer pipe 12’ under the road. This made it almost impossible and very cost prohibitive to even access the main sewer pipe, much less replace it. That’s when we were called in to save the day.

Our industry-leading technicians at American Trenchless Technologies were able to work through the night to restore the main sewer from the building’s basement area, saving the owners tens of thousands of dollars and also preventing him from having to shut down the entire building for a week‘s time.
