Trenchless Pipelining Saves Newly Paved Brick Patio at Historic Danada House in Wheaton
We used our innovative Perma-Liner system to reline the Denada House’s sewer pipe leading from the building to their new brick pavered wedding patio. Using Perma Liner, no digging up of the new pavers was needed and we were able to ‘save the day!”
The Danada House is a facility of the Forest Preserve District of Dupage County located in Wheaton, IL. Commodity trader Daniel F. Rice and his wife Ada built this sprawling, white brick, 19-room country home in 1939.
This was the home farm of the 1965 Kentucky Derby winner Lucky Debonair, ridden by jockey Bill Shoemaker.
The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County purchased the home and the 780 acres the home sits on, including outbuildings and a 23-stall Kentucky-style stable in 1980.
Danada House now operates as a banquet and wedding facility that accommodates up to 250 guests in the Atrium or up to 90 guests in the main level of the House.
The Perma-Liner system is the alternative to digging and replacing sewer branch lines from residential and commercial properties worldwide! No other system can match the ease of installation and quality materials available from Perma-Liner Industries, Inc.. A project can be completed in less than one day with NO digging!
