10,000 FT of Sewer Pipe Lining in Countryside, IL
After more than 40 years of owning and operating the Country Club Mobile Home Park in Countryside, IL the owners were ready to sell. The 350+ mobile home park had a prospective buyer that was willing and ready, but there was one massive problem: the rainy season and the older clay sewer system had allowed groundwater to enter the sewer system. The aging clay sewer system had so much groundwater infiltration that the sanitary treatment plant sent the Country Club Mobile Home Park a letter requiring them to fix the problem or shut down the park!
The conventional repair would require moving all of the mobile homes off of their sites, digging up the existing sewer systems, replacing it with a new system, and then moving the homes back onto their respective sites. That process would cause a major disruption to the park and the residences, not to mention the astronomical cost involved in rebuilding the park’s infrastructure. Luckily, the owners spoke to their local plumber who recommended American Trenchless Technologies and their sewer pipe lining technology.
The American Trenchless team came out to televise and clean the mobile home parks 10,000+ feet of main sewer line. After an intensive televising, the American Trenchless team mapped out the entire system for the park owners, the local sanitary district and then relined the 10,000+ feet of main sewer lines with minimal disruption. The park owners were happy the new buyers were able to close on the property and this massive problem was solved to the betterment of the residents, the new owners, and the local sanitary district.
