Sewer Re-lining Helps Naperville Shopping Center Save Big Time & Money on Redevelopment
The city of Naperville approved the redevelopment of the Market Meadows shopping center’s retail vacant space into a storage facility.
Part of the redevelopment process is to remove the existing utilities that will not be needed for the new storage facility.
The current retail facility had 8 sewer lateral connections to the city’s main sanitary sewer.
Traditional open-cut trenching methods to remove the eight 12 feet deep sanitary sewer lateral services would have taken weeks to complete and tens of thousands of dollars.
The American Trenchless team got the call to re-line the eight-inch diameter 337 foot long sanitary main sewer blocking off all eight of the connections in one day and for a fraction of the cost.
Next time you have a sewer project large or small, call American Trenchless. Experts in CIPP (cured in place pipe lining).
