Pipe Re-lining for Brandenberry Park Condominiums in Arlington Heights, IL

Had a real problem, the bottom of the 4” cast iron sewer pipe under the tenants condo was rotting out from grease clogging up the line and holding up harsh cleaning chemicals.

Something needed to be done fast because the other tenants in the building could not use their plumbing. The maintenance crew heard about sewer Lining and American Trenchless Technology

First the grease was removed by a process called hydro-jetting. Then the liner was measured out and soaked with an epoxy resin. The liner was then blown in the pipe using the inversion method. Once the liner is cured the balloon bladder that holds it in place is removed and the liner becomes a new pipe inside the existing pipe.
