Trenchless Sewer Repair for Historic 5th Avenue Station in Naperville
5th Avenue station in Napeville is one of the original buildings in the Naper settlement and is on the national register of historic places.
Originally built as the Kroehler furniture company back in the 1890s, it now serves as a retail/office/apartment facility located adjacent to the Napeville train station.
The storm drains from the roof empty out in the buildings basement and were leaking storm water into the lower level tenants office space.
Based on our history of success with other historical buildings, 5th Avenue’s building owners called for our professional crew at American Trenchless Technologies.
We were able to re-line the 18 inch 200 foot storm drain located under the lower level concrete floor using CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) technology, sealing up the 110 year old storm drain with minimal disruption to the existing tennants and at a fraction of the cost of traditional sewer repair methods.
Next time you have a difficult sewer piping problem, call us at American Trenchless Technologies, a name you can trust to get the most difficult problems solved.
