Cured in Place Pipe – CIPP

Our 9 Step CIPP Process

1. Video Inspect the Sewer Pipeline – Locate problem areas and assess damage
2. Clean Sewer Line – We remove any roots, dirt or debris which could disrupt lining process
3. Take Measurements – We get measurements for pipe diameter, depth and length, then cut liner and calibration tube to exacting specs
4. Measure and Mix Resin – Required amount of resin is meted out and mixed to match requirements
5. Resin is Poured into Liner – Next the resin is poured into the liner and rolled many times to ensure complete impregnation to the liner
6. Load into Inverter – Saturated liner and calibration tube are loaded into inverter
7. Place in Existing Pipeline – Using directional hoses and inversion heads, we place liner into the existing pipeline
8. Invert with Air Pressure – Air pressure then inverts inside out allowing resin to bond and seal with existing host pipe
9. Liner Cures & All Systems Go – Over the next 4 or 5 hours the liner cures and then it’s all systems go!
